No. Every plan has every agent, the Neural Core and every integration - including Free. Plans differ only by how many credits you get each month. You’re buying capacity, not permission.
The expensive work. Reading, searching, drafting and planning are free - most of what agents do costs nothing. Credits go to work like generating images, running code, or building and publishing a website. If a paid action fails, it’s refunded automatically.
Monthly plan credits don’t - your allowance refills in full each month. Top-up credits do: they never expire, and they’re spent before your monthly credits so they’re never wasted.
You go back to Free, and the credits you already have stay spendable - including every top-up you ever bought. Nothing is confiscated on the way out.
