The work you do every week already has a page
Chat is great when the job is new. It's a tax when the job is the same one you did last Tuesday.
So the recurring jobs got their own screens. 33 skills across four agents - each one a real, routed page with real inputs, not a prompt template with a nice button. You open the page, give it the one thing it needs - a niche, a photo, a video file, a prospect's name - and the finished work comes back as an editable draft you can change, approve or throw away. The ones that produce a post, a Reel or a caption hand off into that agent's conversation; the rest hand you the result right on the page.
Nothing is sent, posted or published by a skill. Ever. Skills produce drafts; you decide what happens next.
Where to find them
Every agent's skills live at their skills grid in the app sidebar. Ashley and Maya have category tabs; Tyron and Alex show a flat grid. Only four agents have skills today - Ashley (16), Tyron (8), Alex (5) and Maya (4). Riley, Sam, Lucy, Blake, Ema and Steve are chat-only, and they're excellent at it.
Ashley - 16 social skills
Ashley owns your social channels. Her skills split across creation, publishing, strategy and analytics.
Find what's actually trending, then use it
Viral Trend Finder runs a live web search for what's moving in your niche right now and turns each trend into a usable angle - not a screenshot of a leaderboard. Pick one and it becomes a real post draft on its own persistent, linkable page you can come back to tomorrow.
Turn one photo into a carousel
Auto Carousel takes a single product photo and generates coherent lifestyle variants around it. They're deliberately different from each other - the generator works from codified shot directives (telephoto, macro, wide environmental, flat-lay, in-use with a person, seasonal staging) and runs a perceptual-similarity check that rejects a variant too close to the reference, retrying up to twice. You get a carousel, not six near-duplicates.
Turn a product into a Reel
Product to Reels starts from a product saved in your Neural Core and drafts the reel - the script and the lifestyle image today; the motion render is new, and we're not selling it until it has shipped real output. Reels Script Writer does the text half alone if you'd rather shoot it yourself.
Post to one platform, properly
Four dedicated generators - Facebook Post, Instagram Post, X Post, LinkedIn Post - each writing for that one platform's format and character budget rather than one caption smeared across four feeds. Each has its own draft page.
Know when and what to post
- Best Time to Post - your best hour and best day, computed from the engagement of your own posts, per platform. Not an industry benchmark. If there's no data yet, it says so instead of inventing a number.
- Hashtag Engine - your proven top performers ranked by average likes (a tag has to have been used at least twice to rank at all), plus niche suggestions grounded in your brand context, plus each platform's real limit: Instagram 30, Facebook 10, LinkedIn 5, X 3.
- Content Calendar - every scheduled and published post in a weekly grid with status colours and a now-indicator.
- Post Analyzer - a quality read on a draft before it goes out, with concrete suggestions.
- Competitor Analysis - a structured read of what a competitor is doing.
- Caption Rewriter - the same caption in a witty, professional, casual or viral register.
- Engagement Responder - reply suggestions for comments and DMs. Suggestions. Unyo does not hold your comment-reply permissions and cannot reply for you.
- Create Post from Image - drop a photo, get a post about what's actually in it.
The boundary is the feature
Ashley cannot generate images herself - image generation is denied to her at the runtime layer, not just discouraged in a prompt. She writes the visual brief; Tyron paints. And no skill of hers can publish: publishing only ever happens when you tap Publish on the card yourself.
Tyron - 8 media skills
Motion Studio - built, not sold yet
There's a Motion Studio page in the grid: describe a motion-graphics video in one sentence, and it infers the aspect ratio from your own wording and pulls your brand from the Neural Core. We're not marketing it yet - no motion render has shipped end-to-end in production as of July 2026, and we'd rather you judge Tyron on the pages below, which are live today.
Captions
Upload a video, get word-by-word animated captions burned in - in roughly 70 hand-designed styles (Heat Glow, Word Pop, Cinematic, Elegant, Zodiac, Magazine, Milky Way, Vitamin C, Buzz, Messages and more), each with a live animated preview in the picker so you choose with your eyes, not from a name. Captions reads your video's real dimensions and picks 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 for you, then sends you back to the chat while the render runs - you never sit watching a spinner.
Director Mode
Two-stage art direction: Tyron generates a directed concept first, then turns that concept into the finished post image. It's the difference between "make me an image" and having someone decide what the image should be.
The image tools
Remove Background, Enhance Image, Compress Image, Resize Image and Generative Fill - the everyday image chores, as pages, inside the product you're already in. No round trip to a free site that keeps your upload.
Maya - 4 email skills
Maya is the only agent with access to your inbox. That's enforced at the runtime layer, and it's exactly why her skills can say things no generic tool can.
- Send Time Optimizer - which hour and which weekday actually get you replies, computed from your own real send-and-reply history, charted hour by hour with true reply rates, per mailbox, with a contact-segment breakdown. Nobody else's average. Yours.
- Email Analytics - your email activity, reply performance and top contacts across Gmail and Outlook. It reads your actual Sent folder, so the split between what Unyo sent and what you sent yourself is measured, not guessed.
- Email Calendar - a full weekly view of everything sent, replied and scheduled; edit or cancel a scheduled email from the grid.
- Abandoned Flow Builder - a complete three-email sequence for cart, checkout and navigation abandonment, written against your brand settings and Neural Core, then refinable in place.
Draft, never send
The Abandoned Flow Builder writes the sequence. It does not arm it, and it does not send it. Unattended send does not exist in Unyo - it isn't a setting we've left off, it's a path that isn't there. Every email leaves your account because you tapped Send.
Alex - 5 sales skills
- Pitch Generator - a pitch built around your product and a specific target audience.
- Cold Outreach Writer - personalised cold emails and DMs. It writes them; sending is on you.
- Objection Handler - the answer to the objection you just heard, in the moment.
- Lead Qualifier - score and qualify a lead against fit criteria.
- Proposal Generator - a real proposal with pricing and scope.
Why a page beats a prompt
They know your business without being told. Skills read the same Neural Core every agent reads - your brand, your logo, your colours, your products, your saved knowledge. You don't paste your brand voice into a box each time.
The output is a draft, not a wall of text. A skill's result arrives as the same editable card you'd get from the chat - caption, hashtags, images, platform toggles - with its own persistent, linkable review page. Close the tab, come back, it's still there.
Advice comes from your numbers. Best Time to Post, Hashtag Engine and Send Time Optimizer read a real cache of your own performance data. When there isn't enough data, they tell you to connect an account rather than inventing a benchmark.
Nothing fires on its own. No skill publishes, sends, posts or spends without you tapping the button.
FAQ
Do skills cost extra?
Skills draw on the same credit balance as everything else in Unyo - you start with 2 500 free credits, no card. Reads, searches, drafts and plans cost zero credits; the generative steps (images, video) do. Failed work is refunded automatically. See the pricing page for plans and top-ups.
Can a skill post or send something without me?
No. There is no unattended send or publish path in Unyo at all. Skills produce drafts; publishing happens when you tap Publish on the card, and email leaves when you tap Send. This isn't a preference you can flip - the capability doesn't exist.
Why do only some agents have skills?
Because we only build a page when the job is repetitive enough to deserve one. Ashley, Tyron, Maya and Alex have the highest-frequency recurring jobs. Riley, Sam, Lucy, Blake, Ema and Steve are chat-only today - you ask, they work. Steve in particular has his own full builder workspace instead of a skills grid.
Where does the result of a skill go?
It depends on the skill. The ones that make something publishable - posts, Reels, carousels, captioned video - land in that agent's conversation as a proper draft card with its own persistent review page you can link to and return to. The analysis and writing tools give you the result on the page itself, saved to your run history so it's there when you come back.
Do I need to connect my accounts to use skills?
To make things, no - Ashley will draft a full post with a generated image before you've connected anything. To get advice from your own numbers (Best Time to Post, Hashtag Engine, Send Time Optimizer, Email Analytics), yes: those read your real history, so they need the relevant account connected. They'll say so plainly rather than making something up.
Can I still just ask in the chat instead?
Always. A skill is a shortcut, not a gate. Everything a skill does, you can ask the agent for in conversation - the page just saves you describing it.
